Dr Nduka Okoisor

Dr. Okoisor is a Human Resources Professional, with over Sixteen years’ experience in Human Resources Management. He has a first degree in Dental Surgery from the University of Lagos and a Masters degree in Management Information System from the University of Brighton. An Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, and also certified on Analytics on Talent Management by the Human Capital Institute.

His career started as an Analyst in Human Capital at Phillips Consulting, where he was involved in Recruitment, Training, Business process review and HR Strategy.

He moved on to KPMG where he was involved in recruitment exercises, and Learning and Organisational development for leading companies in various sectors in Nigeria. After spending over five years in consulting, he decided to move into industry where he joined Airtel Networks as Head of Talent Management with the responsibility of designing and implementing strategies on talent management, leadership and functional capability building, as well as employee engagement, to achieve corporate goals.

To broaden his knowledge, he moved into the Oil and Gas sector where he was Head of Talent Management at Forte Oil Plc and was responsible for creating and evaluating the impact of key talent management processes for Forte Oil and its subsidiaries, including but not limited to talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and retention optimisation.

Still in the Oil and Gas industry; he worked in Midwestern Oil and Gas which is an upstream Oil and Gas Company as the Head of Human Resources. His responsibility was developing and implementing the company’s Human Resources Strategy in line with business requirements.

He is currently the MD/ CEO of SORESA Services, which is an HR Advisory firm.
